Spring Break is Over

With the end of spring breaks, snow ski season and Easter it is the time to start picking up the pace on your workout.  The days are starting to get longer which means you can get out after work for a walk, jog or bike ride.  Even a little bit of exercise is better than nothing.  If you are having a hard time getting motivated on your own try doing these activities with your kids or spouse, or try a group exercise class.  There are many options of classes out there to choose from.  Try a few out and find an environment and activity you enjoy.  Fitness should be fun!
